Your entire clinic,
one ecosystem.

Client & staff records, session data & reports, billing, scheduling, and more in one connected space.

Features

One platform, from the first booking to the last payroll line

Work that usually takes three or four separate systems.

Scheduling that matches

Matches each client to qualified, available staff and builds the recurring calendar, with conflict detection as you drag. Across every site you run.

Session data as it happens

Run the session in the app and record observations as they occur. Graphs and mastery come straight from that data, so nothing is typed twice.

Assessments and reports

Structured assessments scored in place, with ABLLS-R, AFLS, ADL and MOTAS among the instruments supported. Reports build from the evidence recorded, and a clinician signs every one.

A portal families use

Upcoming sessions, progress, signed notes, and a funding statement that reconciles: total budget, spent to date, and every charge behind it.

Credentials and training

Onboarding, training records and certificates, with a credential framework that tracks continuing education against whichever bodies your staff are registered with, counting one course toward each without inflating the total.

Time, pay and privacy

A signed session note becomes hours and a charge on its own. Overtime follows the work week your organization declares, and pay follows Ontario’s Employment Standards Act today.

What it replaces

Most clinics run four or five systems. Here is what each one is for.

The cost is rarely the licences. It is the reconciliation: the same client, the same session and the same hour entered more than once, then compared by hand at month end.

One session

Recorded once. Everywhere it needs to be.

Booking a session is the only thing anyone types. The hours, the charge and the family's statement are the same record, read from different angles.

How your data is held

Built for organizations that answer for their records

How the system is built, so a reviewer in any market can check it.

Every record belongs to one organization

The database itself keeps each organization’s client, staff and clinical data apart, so a search only ever returns your own organization’s records.

People see what their role allows

Permissions are granted per action rather than per job title, so a scheduler can book without reading clinical notes, and whoever administers HR does not thereby see health information.

Findings trace back to their evidence

Where Summit summarizes or interprets, the underlying observations stay linked to the output. A clinician can follow any statement back to what it came from, and signs before it counts.

Clinical and HR stay apart

A supervisor reads only their own supervisees’ development plans. Pay rates are narrower still: you see your own, and payroll sees everyone’s.

Every correction keeps the original

Reconciled charges, approved time and issued documents are amended by adding a correcting entry. The original stays, so a figure can always be explained.

Signatures belong to the signer

Only the person a signature belongs to can record one. There is no path by which an administrator can sign on someone else’s behalf.
